AT A GLANCE

This policy explains how Eyebrow Tattoo Courses Australia handles personal information collected through eyebrowtattoocourses.com.au. We handle it with the same care a trainer gives a sterile tool: we only take what the job needs, we keep it clean and we don’t pass it around.

We collect only what you choose to send in an enquiry.

We use it to answer questions about courses and enrolment.

Enquiries are stored privately within this website.

Your details are not added to automated marketing lists.

No payments are taken through this website.

You can ask to see or correct your information at any time.

PIECE 01 — COLLECTION

What we collect

and the reason for each piece

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through our Contact form or our Enquire / Enrol form, we receive the details you type in. Both forms ask for your name, email and message, and these three fields are required so we can reply. Phone, location, subject, budget and timeframe are optional, so fill them in only if you want to. Please don’t include health details or other sensitive information we don’t need.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, to help you choose between courses such as the Microblading Course or the Powder Brows Course, and to keep track of the conversation if you go on to enrol. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site’s server may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you request. We use this information to keep the site working and secure.

PRINCIPLES

We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles: we collect it openly, use it for the reason you gave it, keep it secure and let you see or correct it.

PIECE 02 — COOKIES

Cookies and analytics

small files, kept to a minimum

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. This site runs on WordPress, which uses functional cookies to make pages and forms work properly and to keep the site secure.

If we use analytics to see which pages are useful, such as which course guides people read most, we use that information in aggregate to improve the site. We don’t use it to identify individual visitors.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading, although some features, such as sending the form, may not work as smoothly.

PIECE 03 — STORAGE

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored privately in this website’s WordPress installation, and only people who manage the site can see them. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

PIECE 04 — SHARING

Who sees it

Enquiries aren’t automatically sent to external marketing platforms or payment services. We only disclose personal information if you ask us to or if the law requires it.

PIECE 05 — RETENTION

How long

We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to answer you and manage a possible enrolment. After that, we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

PIECE 06 — ALTERATIONS

Access and correction

your details, adjusted on request

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to fix anything that’s wrong, or ask us to delete your enquiry. You can also raise a privacy concern. To do any of these, send a request through our contact page and say what you’d like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one. For the rules that apply to using this website and our courses, see our Terms & Conditions.
