II — MEASURE · PRACTITIONER AT THE BROW, ILLUSTRATIVE

II — MEASURE

Measure before you mark

A brow tattoo is only as good as the shape drawn before the first stroke. Mapping sets the start, arch and tail against the client’s own face.

Hair strokes, powder and combination work all depend on it, which is why mapping sits at the centre of every pattern we teach.

Read the Brow Mapping guide, then see how it is applied in the Eyebrow Tattoo Course.

III — SKILLS YOU LEARN

Skills you learn

The same core skills run through every pattern. Each course page explains which ones it covers. Compare the courses.

Brow mapping

Measuring and drawing a brow shape against the client’s own face before any mark is made.

Stroke direction

Reading how natural hairs grow and placing hair strokes that follow them.

Shading build-up

Building soft shade gradually in layered passes rather than all at once.

Pigment and skin considerations

General principles of how skin and pigment choice affect a brow result, explored further in each course.

IV — THE FITTING

How we teach the brow

01 · Observe

Study the face, the natural hairs and the finished result before touching a tool.

02 · Map

Measure and draw the brow shape so every decision has a reference point.

03 · Practise

Build stroke and shading control through repetition before it reaches skin.

04 · Refine

Review the work with your trainer, adjust, and repeat. Meet the people who guide this on the Our Trainers page.

IV — CONTROLLED HANDS · ILLUSTRATIVE

V — TRAINER EXPERTISE

Taught beside the hand

Our trainers teach the full range of brow techniques: hair strokes with a hand tool or machine, soft powder and ombre shading, combination brows and advanced refinement, all built on brow mapping.

The approach is to demonstrate, guide and review. A trainer shows the technique, works beside you while you practise and talks through each piece so you know what to adjust next.

VI — CHOOSE YOUR CUT

VIII — FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Short answers to common questions. The full FAQ covers more.

Which course should I start with if I am new to brows?

The Eyebrow Tattoo Course covers the foundations of cosmetic brow tattooing and is the natural first course to read about.

What is the difference between hair-stroke and shaded brows?

Hair-stroke techniques such as microblading, feathering and nano brows place fine lines that look like individual hairs. Shaded techniques such as powder and ombre brows build soft tone in layers. The Combination Brows Course brings both together.

Where can I find course dates, fees and inclusions?

These details are confirmed for each course when you get in touch. Send an enquiry naming the course you are considering.

Who teaches the courses?

You can read about the trainers’ areas of expertise and teaching approach on the Our Trainers page.

X — PREPARING TO ENQUIRE

Questions to bring

— What training format, structure and inclusions does my chosen course have?
